Pickup, allergens, and cancellations

Pickup dates and times are confirmed after your order or inquiry has been reviewed. Please arrive during your confirmed pickup window so your desserts can be received fresh and in the best condition.

If you are running late or need to adjust your pickup time, please contact Emma as soon as possible. Pickup availability may vary depending on the order type, production schedule, and date requested.

Custom cakes and detailed orders are not considered finalized until Emma confirms the order details, availability, and any required payment or deposit information.

Emma's Sweet Bakery may offer gluten-free and dairy-free options upon request, but customers should clearly share any allergies or dietary needs before placing an order.

Desserts may be prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Because of this, Emma's Sweet Bakery cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact unless specifically confirmed in writing.

If you or your guests have a severe allergy, please contact Emma before ordering so she can review what is possible for your request.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests are reviewed based on the order type, date, and how much preparation has already been completed.

Custom cakes and decorated desserts often require planning, ingredient purchasing, design work, and preparation in advance. Because of this, deposits or payments may be non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been purchased.
